Refund policy

Please read this Refund Policy (collectively with Scentses + Co’s Privacy Policy, and Terms and Conditions) fully and carefully before using (the “Site”) and the services, features, content or applications offered by  SCENTSES AC SDN BHD, a registered company in Malaysia with registration number of 202101031426 (1431726T) (“SCO”, “we”, “us” or “our”) (together with the Site, the “Services”). This Refund Policy set forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site and the Services.



1. This Refund policy shall only be applicable for purchases made in this website only.

2. Returns are not valid for our Products due to the nature of these products, as we guarantee the authenticity of the content of the Product.

3. Exchanges are not allowed for our Products due to the nature of these products, as we guarantee the authenticity of the content in the atomisers.

4. However, Return/Exchange of Products or refund can be arranged under the following reason:

    If the wrong Product which is different from the Order is delivered.

    Provided always that the Customer shall return or caused to be returned to SCO the aforesaid Products unused and in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it is first delivered to the Customer together with the proof of Order, payment and delivery of the Products.

    5. If a Product which was ordered and invoiced is not included in the delivery, SCO shall either refund the Customer the value of the Product, or replace the Product.

    6. If any Product which was not included in the Customer’s Order is delivered to the Customer, SCO shall collect the Product from the Customer.

    7. If the Customer has been charged for a Product which was not delivered, SCO shall refund the Customer the value of the Product as originally charged to the Customer.

    8. If a Customer is charged more than the value of a Product as displayed on the site when the Customer makes its Order, SCO shall refund to the Customer the difference.

    9. SCO shall use its best efforts to ensure that Orders are correctly fulfilled. Should there be any discrepancy of Products delivered and the Customer wishes to get more information, please notify us by contacting us at within seven (7) days upon receiving the Products.
